Hi and Namasté. That is so true. Each morning I drybrush my body, I take a shower, use my MSM Skin Gel, practice my face yoga, and I drink a cup of warm water. I didn`t realized how much I love my morning ritual, until I had the first day without. Thank you, and I am happy to be a part of this self care challenge. Silke
